Enrollment

  • A student can only enroll between October 1st and April 30th. This is the only period Greek LOL LMS accepts enrollments.
  • A student can access the Greek LOL LMS course anytime from the day of enrollment until July 31st of each academic year.

Course and lessons access

Each course consists of a certain number of units and lessons. If you have signed up for an instructor-paced course (which does not give you instant access to all lessons) then the following conditions apply:

  • Following your enrollment you will be receiving a new lesson every Wednesday;
  • You do not need to complete a lesson to receive the following one. Lessons will be sent to you automatically every Wednesday. So you have one week to complete a lesson;
  • Access to completed and previous lessons is granted to you from the day of enrollment until July 31st of each academic year;
  • Following your enrollment you will receive and have full access to all the lessons sent to students since October 1st. For instance, in case you enroll on October 31st you will automatically receive lessons 1-5 and not only lesson 1.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you have enrolled to a course and you want to cancel your subscription, bare in mind that:

  • if you have enrolled to a self-paced course, you are not entitled to a refund.
  • If you have enrolled to an instructor-paced course then:
    • if you have only completed one lesson you will be refunded 90% of your subscription;
    • if you have completed up to three lessons you will be refunded 50% of your subscription;
    • if you have completed four or more lessons you are not entitled to a refund.
